Born and raised in Italy, David has now lived in Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami where he picked his third language. He currently lives in Charlotte, NC where he has his finger on the pulse of the local real estate market.

He enjoys spending time with his children and family. He loves entertaining, good food and a great glass of red wine. He is a big advocate for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Two mottos of his are: “Carpe Diem” and “The life you want is the only one you will have”.
